Hi everyone,
Because I am moving out of the country I am now looking for a new home for my Cheap Offset Smoker, a Char-Griller Pro with the Fireside Box attached.

I have made most of the modifications that I have thought of to make it better and more efficient:
- The smoke stack is extended to grate level
- I am using the coal basket upside down as a baffle resting on the legs for the fireside box for even heat
- I have made a coal box (extended metal) for the fireside box
- I have stuck on the fireproof felt strips to stop smoke leakage (although this may need redoing soon)
- I have installed 2 grate level thermometers
I haven't used the left shelf because of my setup, but it is available and will be included. As is the cover.

Because it hasn't been used a lot this winter it is looking a bit worse for wear, but this happens every year and once fired up a couple of times and the fireside box re-seasoned it always looks as good as new.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this Cheap offset and cooked some amazing meals on it (pork shoulders, leg of Lamb, smoked salmon, chicken breast, you name it) so it would be a shame to take it to the dump when it could benefit someone else.
Hopefully someone from here might want it or someone might know someone who wants to get into smoking on an offset before investing in a very expensive rig.
If someone wants it or have questions, please feel free to reply here or message me.
It can be collected from Orpington, United Kingdom.
