Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
Oh, I don't know.
I find it can apply to my doing bbq fairly regularly, unfortunately.
like today for instance, did some chex mix for tomorrow on the Bronco.
Get the basket loaded, light a couple tumbleweeds, leave the lid open and go inside.
While I'm throwing the mix together, it dawns on me that I forgot to open the air intake 🤦♂️
get that corrected, and let the fire catch real well. Set up the temp probe, and close the lid. When it's close to temp, I come out to put the mix on. That's when I notice I forgot to open the exhaust 🤦♂️
ordinarily I open both as soon as I remove the cover, even before loading fuel... for some reason, today I just didn't remember..
I wish I could claim senior moment, but I'm not quite a senior yet...
The hell you say! Looking at your pic, you got no hair, a gray beard, and you described problems with the air intake, then the exhaust! For chex mix. I think you’re there, like it or not, regardless of how many birthdays you’ve had. Embrace the process.
P. S. It’s the Eagles and KC tomorrow if you’ve forgotten! Welcome to the club!
