It's been a while, but I finally finished a new board. Oddly enough, I don't recommend cutting on it.
I do recommend using it as a charcuterie board, (also known as a serving tray
). All the details for why I don't recommend cutting on it are in this post, as well as an explanation of how I got the look of the board. It may already be sold, but I haven't heard from the first person on the list who signed up as interested in buying a board. (You can PM me if you want on the list, but I only make a few boards a year.)
