- Four cooking grates are 20" X 17". I added a 5th slot/slide for either adding an additional cooking grate or for interchanging and creating different space if needed.
- It is double wall; completely surrounded and fully insulated with 2300° ceramic fiber.
- Inside cabinet space is 30"h X 24"w X 18"d
- Gasket doors
- 1/2" thick water pan (if you choose to use it) with backside (outside) 2" ball valve with 90° downturn for easy draining and cleaning.
- Lower firebox and removable steel T-plates with a separate slide out ash pan beneath for protection and easy cleaning.
- Offers 6 (some have gone 8) hours of burn time with the T-plates on approximately 8lbs of charcoal. NOTE: I cooked longer (about 10 hours) due to smoking for a large party (wings, brisket, ribs and then whole chickens) It was a long day and I had to add charcoal once in between.
- 5" casters with brakes on swivels.
- Heavy duty stainless steel door latches on cabinet and firebox.
- Dual bi-level stacks with birdhouse tops. I found the dual level helpful in controlling temperatures from top to bottom.
- Additional probe port for temperature gauges and guru.
