Great. I just finished making my first batch of bourbon (clear spirits aged in a charred oak barrel that turned out awesome) and now I have to try this. The link on Amazon is showing none available so we might have to put our heads together and develop an alternate method. What do you think guys?

But an alternative method would be cool. Perhaps whisky in baking dish. Then in my case throw it in the weber with a cold smoker tube, and if you have a pellet smoker just throw it in there. Timing would have to be dialed in.
