- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
I had just read that article over coffee this morning. Very interesting to learn. I'm not a big whisky person, but have been on a tour of the Jack Daniel's distillery several times, since its only an hour up the road from me. I am pretty sure the tour guide last time I was up there did mention the Green connection, but I may be mistaken.
