Gates House Rum. This is as beautiful a white rum as the Golden Plough Tavern is dark rum. It’s all bright cane sugar-y, with rock candy overtones.

I have no idea how easy or hard these might be to find nationwide; they aren’t exactly easy to find here in PA, where they’re distilled. Nevertheless, if you drink rum, you should give this, and the Golden Plough Tavern dark, a taste. You’ll be pleased, I’m sure.
