    Description:
    Spicy juice chaser served with your favorite Mezcal.

    Ingredients:
    12 oz tomato juice
    4 oz orange juice
    2 oz lime juice
    2.5 oz simple syrup (see note)
    3T I Love Miche Mix
    2T Tapitio Hot Sauce
    1T Tabasco

    Directions:
    Mix all the gradients together and chill. Serve cold.

    Notes:
    This recipe is straight from the book. I made this in bulk (10 x recipe) and did not add simple syrup at all. I tasted my batch and ended up with about 1/4 cup of agave (because it’s what we had). I did not think it needed that much sugar. The author said it was delicious, so that’s good enough for me.
