Yeah, it was so cool involving James Hoffman in on the creation. This is way out there for the coffee officianados. Hot & Cold coffee, who would have thought.
I wondered what his creation of hot & cold tea was like. Probably wouldn’t be “my cup” as I get deeper into Gong Fu brewing.
That was a good video, I didn't quite understand the concept until he said "it's like cutting your face in half and drinking 2 separate drinks"... because my favorite thing about a good taco or burger is that hot meat, warmish melted or cold cheese and then cold sour cream or mayo and cold lettuce and maters.But that description made it sink in that it's vastly different.
Shame I'm lazy and don't follow directions, I'd like to try that
ItsAllGoneToTheDogs yup on the lazy part, BUT if I owned a coffee shop I would definitely give it a try. It wouldn’t take long for the buzz to make its way around before you had a fair amount of customers wanting to try it. Maybe even SRO.
