I used to be quite the caffeine fiend, drank straight black Cafe Bustelo all day long. Had to decaf myself somewhat (palpitations and couldn't sleep), so now it's the Paul Newman organic from Costco, when it goes on sale. A big box lasts me a long time, I drink a cup in the morning on days I work, and take an iced coffee with me. None on days I don't work.
