    Sunshine Daydream

    Here's one I made on accident when running low on OJ: Equal parts Bacardi white rum, OJ and Pink Lemonade. Fill glass 3/4 full of ice and add rum and OJ. Kind of float the Pink Lemonade so it melds with the ice, rum and OJ all lava lamp style - kinda reminded me of the sunset over the Stono River, hence the name. Easy-peasy and guaranteed to satisfy. Cut (or add) the rum to taste, but do not go cheap on the rum. Don't waste your Anejo either - just good simple Bacardi silver label. To cut calories I use Minute Maid light Pink Lemonade. Cheers!
