Kathy and I are not drinkers but we still remember when in 1995 Chris and Lloyd offered us swizzle sticks to taste a new cocktail they were experimenting on. Why? Because we were Harborside regulars as we ate our lunch there everyday, year after year, and when we walked in the door the bartender would automatically place our soft drinks at our regular barstools. Heck, Horsey, Pat, Chickee, or the other regular bartenders already knew my order as I had ordered the exact same sandwich for years.(A Jerk Chicken sandwich.) Actually, we and the few other lunch regulars went through several swizzle sticks as we tasted several variations they mixed up. That was the day the Orange Crush was invented.
Now Delaware is going to make the Orange Crush their State Cocktail. Shame Delaware, shame.🙂

I had an orange 1976 Camaro I bought new with my paper route money. Seemed to get hit every 6 months or so. My friends started calling it the 'orange crush".
