Due to scheduling conflicts, this cocktail thread is coming at you early. I have been wanting to talk about equipment and this thread will kick that off. I'm going to start with juicers. Here are some of the juicers I have.
Hand-held juicers:
Antique Sunkist hand-juicer. This works well and it's probably older than I am.

A similar-aged Irwin Ware hand-juicer.

An OXO hand-juicer. If I use a hand juicer this is usually the one.

Here we have a tabletop juicer. This has come in handy for many things. Imagine infusing gin with earl grey tea and needing a way to squeeze the liquid from the tea that's wrapped in cheesecloth, or simply running citrus through this thing or any number of other things that need to be pressed.

This style of tabletop juicer was my preferred juicer for years. They are one piece of glass, very effective, and easy to clean. I have several. Some are better for limes, others are better for lemons, and others still are good for oranges and grapefruit.

I found this antique Sunkist electric juicer in a second-hand store on my way back from the coast. I had read about them and was very happy to find one. It works very well and is easy to clean.

Here's my current favorite juicer the Juice-o-Mat. I have a couple of these. One in the bar and one in the kitchen. They are not too tall, very effective, and are easy to clean.

Here's a neat one. It was designed by Philippe Starck a French industrial architect and designer. The Alessi Juicy Salif Citrus Squeezer.

I do have more but this should give you a pretty good idea of what's out there. What do you use to juice for cocktails?
