That pit is looking nice. The burn ban in my city just ended so I'll be having a fire tonight. I recently refurbished my pit and this will be my first fire with the new screen.

Perusing YouTube this evening and this video popped up on my feed. This guy has a dedicated channel to cocktails, perhaps you know of him and the channel already - if not, enjoy. I already picked up something I’ll give a try for an Old Fashioned, which is a demara syrup. I make a demara simple syrup but it’s much more diluted than what he uses.
