I might buy some just to try it. The store is our Bi-Rite in Stokesdale with a heavily manned butcher department. That'll be my excuse for the purchase lol. Oxtail, tri-tip and pickle beer.

This has to be made for the people that are fortunate enough to get offered chasers with their Bloody Mary's (looking in the mirror). Or maybe it's for the michelada types? I'd have to try it with a spicy bloody but I still can't believe I'd like it.

I would try this as a chaser. One of our local craft places offers a pickle brew just for this reason,

For me, i don't care for a pickle in my bloody, I prefer juice, so this scratches that. Just like i don't like a pickle on my burger, but i love dill pickle chips with a burger.

I agree with Andrrr this will be perfect in Wi, bloody mary chaser beer for certain, especially for the Pabst cult,. It’s just a Wisconsin thing, I have gotten chasers in Mn, but not like the religion it is here.
