Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
Picked up a 12 pack of Sierra Nevada Celebration I.P.A, a seasonal which is one of my favorites. It's in the garage for now. I loaded up on Sam's recently. I'll work on freeing up space. 🍺🍺
This is a stressful time for my wife with freezer and refrigerator space. I'm not messing with her.
We've gone through 3/4 of a case so far, and we'll probably Go through at least a couple more. One of my favorites, to the point where I'm making a Celebration inspired beer tomorrow at work.
