So about a week ago I opened a bottle of craft beer and it explodes like champagne everywhere. I don't remember how long it's been in the fridge, but it could be up to 3 months, and I don't remember if it was an IPA.
2 days ago I go to open an IPA, same thing. This one is less than a month old. Next day I shampoo the carpet and clean up all my collectibles and PC...
Last night a Guinness did the same damn thing to me, also no more than 2 weeks old.
None of the bottles were shaken, they've been in my handy dandy beer fridge. I found it can be common with home brew especially IPA's, but nothing really explains why 3 different bottles did it. Beer is cold, but not ice cold (I guess I should run a temp probe in the fridge and see what's going on). Cans (stouts, IPAs, and lagers) as well as aluminum bottle Bud Lights have not done this. The only things in common is glass bottle and not twist off.
Anything other than temp that might be causing this?

But I've never had a frosty beer out of the fridge, and the other variables can't apply since 3 different manufacturers and bottle sizes/shapes.
