    A story of pay it forward.

    After Chuppy posted about Mickey Lu’s and driving by the place fer years, I just had to go in. After spending a week in fish camp with Husky & his crew, I decided on the way back we were goin to have a bit of a treat. The we, was meself & a 13 yr feller who lost his dad a dozen years ago.

    Uppn almost enterin I noticed “No credit cards accepted” on the front door. Problemo as all I had was a tenski. But they did advertise an ATM inside. So, I go inside tryin to get some cash & couldn’t recall or find any of my PIN numbers, duo problemo.

    A sweet dear lady walked up and asked if I was able to use any of my cards. I replied negative. She handed me a Jackson and said she would hate to see us come in and not have one of the “Famous” cheeseburgers. The rest is history. I told the story to the waitress and young John and I had a cheeburger that could not be beat.

    Notice the flamin grill those cheeburger were cooked on. A restaurant like no other. If yer ever in Marinette, WI stop in, say high and pay it forward, yessir.

    P.S. The one shot where there are people a sittin down you see way at the end of the row the kind, sweet lady.

                FireMan ah, my head wadn’t on right with the picture math…. Jackson and a tenski ya say, ok got it now, ya done good! Now bring a Jackson back next trip with some quarters!

                That's awesome, and so glad someone helped you out like that. Love that charcoal grill with all those burgers. That's pretty cool that they really do cook over a bed of charcoal like that.
