At bit late, but I was in TriCities (Richland, Kennewick, Pasco for non-locals) for business a couple of weeks ago, and needed a BBQ fix. A local told me to try Porter's and the web site intrigued me so a couple of us went there for early dinner after work.
It's more of a lunch type place, but the food was good! Nice juicy brisket done on site, and sliced before my eyes. Maybe not a much kick to the bark as I like, but tasty. My buddy had a "Jonny" sandwich, 1/3 lb brisket, 1/3 lb pulled pork, and some smoked bacon. He loved it! They were out of ribs at 5:45 so I couldn't try them.
Cool part - they have a mobile app for your phone which tells you in real-time if they run out of anything during the lunch rush. See the web site above.
Open Tues -Sat 11 AM -7PM, or until sold out. The poppers and ribs sold out every day by mid-afternoon.
