    New BBQ restaurant in Arlington

Good review for Ruthie’s All Day restaurant in Arlington. https://www.washingtonpost.com/lifes...9ac_story.html

Not sure when I will get to it, but I will eventually check it out and give my opinion.

Didn't know about this one. Thanks for sharing!

Another good one is https://www.smokecraftbbq.com. We rarely eat BBQ out, but have enjoyed this place. Also, their competition team scored well at some of the KCBS contests we've judged.

Late to the game, I know, but thanks for sharing. I'll definitely try it.

Texas Jack on Washington Blvd is my personal favorite in that area. Love their short rib - homemade is always best, but that one is a close second.

EDIT: I just saw the pic in the Ruthie's article. Looks like some follow up investigation is needed. 😏

Looks too upscale for BBQ. The food looks great.

I'll take upscale BBQ if it's done great, just the same as I'll buy smoked meat from a guy with a trailer on a corner. Just different takes possibly great in their own way

I was hoping you meant Arlington, Illinois.
