A few days ago I got home from a 9-day work trip to Utah. My expectations were that the closest thing to Mexican I’d find was Taco Bell.
Boy, was I wrong!
We were working in Cedar City, and a local recommended Tacos El Jefe. Again, my expectations were low, but I was pleasantly surprised. We ended up going there for breakfast burritos every morning of our trip!
Not only were the breakfast burritos worthy, but the tacos and sides were too. Salsa bar was stacked with a rainbow of salsas that made this Southern California boy feel right at home!
Sadly, no pics from any of our meals. But when we go back in a month or so I’ll def be eating there again!
