We stopped by on the way to Dallas and... I saw the proclamation of best ribs in Texas on the menu. I went with a half rack and some sliced brisket. The brisket was standard high quality Texas q. And for the pork ribs, sensational. I destroyed the nontraditional Texas ribs. Not the widely thought of traditional flavors of salt, black pepper and post oak. These ribs were sweeter than most that I've sampled in the great state of Texas. Bottom line, other bbq establishments in Texas should take notice! The best by far that... I can attest that the ribs are great and the Texas chili pie is on point. Just like a gut pack in Waco. Ribs are worth the wait as well.
