Was in Texas Friday and passed by Rudys. We got a full tour outback showing us how it is done. Really great folks to show us around. Ate some brisket tacos for breakfast.

I love Rudy's! I give the Leon Springs location in San Antonio all the credit for turning me on to brisket and making me want to learn how to do it. Which eventually led me here.
