Best brisket I've had yet! The pulled pork was good, but I'm broken now and can only really do fresh butt. The ribs weren't anything special.

Misc: I just seem to keep buying things.
Just went there last night for first time. The brisket is definitely the winner. Best brisket I've had in Houston bar none. Maybe I just caught them on a better night but the spare ribs were very good. Not the best I've had but had a great smokiness and cooked to perfect tenderness. At our table we also had pulled pork and the spicy sausage. I liked the sausage. Houston BBQ places just need to stop trying to make pulled pork in my opinion, we just can't pull it off (see what I did there, pull). We also had the mac and cheese and green beans and both those weer above average. Definitely worth a stop if you are in Houston. Get the brisket.
