Looked around a bit and was surprised not to see this one mentioned on here (hopefully I didn't miss it). Big Boy's Bar-b-que has become a staple for my family when we travel from Lubbock to Dallas. First found out about them after they where in the Texas Monthly's best bbq joints list. All the meats I have tried have been excellent. My wife became obsessed with their turkey which had great smoke flavor and still very juicy. Not open on Sunday. Here is their facebook page:

I have not Didnt even know about it. I lived in Dallas for 20 years but would go to Lubbock for Christmas and Thanksgiving. Would have been fun to stop there dang it.
