After visiting Meat Church, I wandered into this place. The sign outside said Bloody Mary’s, and it has been a long time since I had one of those. Turns out Al is a famous DJ on a station in Dallas. I was hoping he came in so I could complain about the Cowboys stuff he had on the front of the place. Anyway, I had an omelet with sausage, jalapeños, onions and tomatoes and cheddar. It was huge and very, very good. And the Bloody Mary was bloody good too. All in all a great brunch. Worth a try if you visit the Meat Church cathedral.

Kevin, you are almost in my neck of the woods. I have seen Big Al’s sign before. The breakfast looks good. I tried the BBQ next to Meat Church, and it was a real disappointment. They may be out of business. You are a traveling man!

That is cool that you stopped in Waxahachie. I have heard many good things and I hear the cathedral is a must see. I love Meat Church products. I hope you got some pictures of the Cathedral for us, that is a BBQ bucket list stop for me.
I love a massive omelet. I so rarely eat breakfast anymore, but it is tough to beat big omelette.
