In the little town of Cranfills Gap TX just down the road from my house there’s a place that is worth going out of your way to try. Yes it’s the same town that has the lutefisk feed at the high school every year. Lots of Norwegians here. I’m talking about the Horny Toad Bar and Grill. If you want the best burger I’ve ever had and incredible atmosphere it’s here. The home made jalapeño burger buns are a must. If you’re lucky enough to be there when it rains you’ll see them setting buckets on the floor everywhere the roof leaks. Don’t be alarmed if you hear the rumble of motor cycles they’re here all the time but it’s a peaceful place. I might even meet you there if you let me know you’re coming.

That looks like fun, especially with a great burger. They are hard to find anymore, everybody wants to serve a Sysco frozen compressed burger, ugh.
