I've said it before but Ant's BBQ makes excellently produced videos. Two days ago they posted one about Snow's BBQ in Lexington. Tootsie is 89 years old now and still working.

Excellent and enjoyable video. It brought back memories of the 1st Texas Meat Up and my son and I getting there at 5:15 am and being numbers 166 and 167 in line. As good as the BBQ was, the conversations with the Texas A & M students in line in front of us and in particular the two brothers behind us who were reared as vegetarians made the entire experience wonderful. I am not sure I would wait in line that long again, but I am glad I had the total experience of BBQ and conversation. Here are my son and me with Tootsie!

LA Pork Butt I may not make it before Tootsie leaves us, but it sounds like the Q won't change. 58limited, I would probably try to go during the week if they are open
