Excellent and enjoyable video. It brought back memories of the 1st Texas Meat Up and my son and I getting there at 5:15 am and being numbers 166 and 167 in line. As good as the BBQ was, the conversations with the Texas A & M students in line in front of us and in particular the two brothers behind us who were reared as vegetarians made the entire experience wonderful. I am not sure I would wait in line that long again, but I am glad I had the total experience of BBQ and conversation. Here are my son and me with Tootsie!

LA Pork Butt I may not make it before Tootsie leaves us, but it sounds like the Q won't change. 58limited, I would probably try to go during the week if they are open
