Texas Monthly Road Trip To Texas’ Top Q Joints

I just got this from Texas Monthly and found it to be pretty interesting, as well as having lots of eye candy. A gentleman from Texas visits 3 of TM’s top 50 BBQ Joints and includes a brief video in each visit, as well as pics and commentary on each place. Snow’s BBQ, Interstellar BBQ and The Burnt Bean in Seguin are included in his visits. At one of our Meatups last year, we all went to Burnt Bean and a few visited Snow’s on another occasion. klflowers said the Burnt Bean had the best brisket he’s ever had. The whole bunch of us who visited gave rave reviews for just about everything. Anyway, just thought I’d share this if you’ve got a little time to kill..

Agreed. The number of BBQ joints is growing in my area, and some are pretty good, but I don’t think any match what was seen in those videos.
I would love to have a place that served juevos rancheros like that
