I think that explains it. Explain what? My oldest son and wife went to Big Bib BBQ in San Antonio. It was a -3 on a 1-5 scale. So much for Texas Monthly. I looked it up and suggested it based on the trade rag. Now I assume it was not up to date. So once every 4 years update explains it.

Overpriced small portions, only sweet-tea and cool-aid to drink. Not worthy of any pictures.
I was excited for them to try Real Texas BBQ. What a letdown.
