I present you my work in progress.
The premises previously housed a video shop that was still operating at the beginning of 2023, how it survived until then, I’m not too sure. Had my eye on the shop for the last 2 years and always knew it would be the place to take my mission another step forward. It’s about 700 meters (nearly ½ mile) from where the wagon is and close to my very loyal customer base that has been growing exponentially.
This has been put together on a tiny budget and me working alone (cheap labour that took too long.) In hindsight there are a few things I would do a little different but overall I am proud of what’s been achieved.
As I mentioned it’s not the final result. I've determined the things that I desperately need, the most important being a larger custom built flat top (smash burger specific) that I have designed and will immensely improve my output. I will continue assessing the workings and make improvements as and when I can.
