Bacon Week at Anthracite Cafe! What should I order?

Some stuff I’ve already had, in previous years.

Among the appetizers, we’ve had everything that isn’t a new item, and they’re all great, especially the Hog Wings.

All the sandwiches are new this year except the one.

The ribs are spectacular. The Explosion is a fattie, it’s good. The Pig Platter is pretty good, good, a nice sampler. The chicken isn’t that great, it was dry.
