Canada (St. Henlen's Meat Packers - AAA Certified Angus)
From the U.S at the moment only ground beef, though we're expecting to receive cuts soon (Agri Politics...). I plan to import them myself in the future. I am very anal when it comes to beef quality.
Spices, Im dealing with a supplier that imports all their products from the U.S (Badia, American Gardens, Freshly). Kosher Salt available, Dried Chilies, Paprika Etc...
If I could get Pappy Van Winkle over here, I'd retire tomorrow lol. You're paying for contraband, if a bottle of Johnnie Walker is $500-600 nowadays!!
