I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.

I still haven't made it to Ken's. My sister is up from California visiting now. She always likes checking out the food scene here when she's in Portland. The last time she was here we tried to go to Ken's but there was a line around the block so we bailed. The new plan is to go with my next door neighbors. They have a method of timing their visit and how to kill time if needed. When I finally get to try it I'll have to write a review.

SheilaAnn he did and I think he moved to Hawaii. But his protege bought the business and hasn't changed a thing. So you can still experience the pizzeria pretty much as it was. Which is all the more reason for me to head over there sooner rather than later.
