This food truck pulled up every Thursday & Friday. Yes the ribs are very good, but it was when I tried the chopped brisket sandwiches that I became addicted!! I'm still trying to figure out how he gets so much "bark" in every bite. Moist without being greasy or watery. Heavily smoked!! Probably the best beef I have ever had.
Now for the beans.... NO CONTEST!! Nothing compares. I'm still wondering what the secret ingredient is?? I thought it might be "bread & butter" pickles or juice, but Ray says no.
Anyway, there are fancier places by far, and a few very good "yuppie" or "gourmet" BBQ joints around, serving the garlic cheese taters, baby backs heavily rubbed, and such. But for an old school Brisket, Spare Ribs, and/or Beans.......... This is the place.
