Just getting ready for an evening out Dinosaur Barbecue for dinner and a play I'm pretty sure I'm more excited for Dinosaur Barbecue

I was at a rehearsal dinner for a wedding and it was at the Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse. I didn't care for it. Just very plain.

Let me know how it is. There is one in Newark that I've been meaning to go to but I haven't felt compelled to go bc it looks a little commercialized - like a Hard Rock Café version of BBQ.

We had the Syracuse Dinosaur cater our wedding reception. It was a real hit!

First Bbq book I ever got. I owe a lot to Dinosaur. I have made countless recipes from these guys.

Dinosaur has closed its downtown Buffalo location and is relocating to Hamburg, NY, a suburb about 20 minutes away. Not open yet (7/31/25), I expect it will be soon. There is a better place, Yankee BBQ, also in Hamburg...think I will make a listing for it if I don't see one
