    I love the creativity. When it comes to the classics like pork butts, ribs, brisket..why go out when you can make it yourself? But some kind of exotic spiced bbq duck? I can shell out a few bucks to try that. I think the traditions that we have regionally are great, but I like to see people mixing things up too.
