Light smoke flavor, deep smoke ring. Ribs were properly cooked and a bit salty. Served naked with sauce on the side. Silver skin left on. B+
Brisket was undercooked and fat not fully rendered. Almost like roast beef.
Homemade sausages- crisp snap, strong smoke flavor, similar to a kielbasa.
Small number of sides, also offers hamburgers on menu. Excellent fries. BYOB.
