Those were the best damn steaks I've ever had, in my life. They are slow cooked to temp, then seared at 1200* for the finish.
We chose an appetizer of prime filet mignon “carpaccio,†celery hearts, truffle hollandaise, and white truffles from Alba, Italy. Holy heck. That was unbelievably savory. Taste, texture, look, everything.
Salad, we chose a Pink Lady and Fuji apple salad, with walnuts, dates, and cheese. Just beautiful.
I chose a dry aged 8oz American Wagyu New York strip from Snake River Farms, Mrs chose a dry aged American Wagyu 9oz ribeye. Both steaks were unbelievably succulent. I ate with my eyes closed to concentrate my senses on taste. I cut small pieces so that there would be more of them, and it would take longer.
For sides, we chose mac & cheese and sauteed baby spinach. The mac & cheese was good, but not as good as a well made crack & cheese. The spinach was excellent. But who cares about the sides.
Expensive, and worth it. You might not want to go there once a week, or once a month, but you should go there once.
