I was in St. Louis for a conference and Sugarfire was a couple of blocks away. The meat combo was plentiful and the variety of sauces were so good. The Honey Badger and Coffee sauces were great with the brisket. Went back for pork another day and it was so well made. Worth the visit.

Thanks RhodeHog for the write-up. I am just outside the metro area and can attest to the quality of Sugarfire's BBQ. Absolutely delicious. If you are in the downtown/city area, another GREAT place to go is Pappy's. Plan to have a wait to get a table, best to get there 20 minutes before they open in the warm weather. Raichlen claims they put St. Louis on the BBQ map and has featured Pappy's founder on his Smoke show. Either Pappy's or Sugarfire are good bets. Enjoy what St. Louis has to offer and have fun! It is a great city!
