Killer deal. If I ate one of their burgers every day for a month it might kill me!

Thinking the same thing. If I’m not dead, I’m not gonna be able to move, very fast if at all, for a couple weeks.

I so ❤️ Red Robin. Pro Tip… order the Royal Burger with the Banzai patty. …… You're welcome.

The nearest RR closed a few years back and now the nearest is an hour away. I liked them, especially the steak fries.

The Bottomless Burger Passes will be available for purchase at RedRobin.com/National-Burger-Month starting April 17 at 9 a.m. MT.

I have been all over that page and there is no way to purchase this. Matter of fact, it tries to get you to get the app, to sign up for rewards and it says if you use the app and order in store, you can be added to the drawing for the free burgers for a year promo - but absolutley nowhere are there any buttons, links, directions or other information on how to buy, apply for or try to get the Burger Pass.

        Boo.

In fact, nowhere on that linked page (from Red Robin's link, not OP's link, which is the news story containing Red Robin's "official" link), nowhere does it even MENTION the Burger Pass - until you get to the bottom of the page and there is this:

        Burger pass Terms & Conditions
Limited use of up to $22 per day from 5/1/25 - 5/31/25, for a total potential card value of up to $682. Card will be loaded with $22 daily. Any unused daily amount will be forfeited and will not accumulate. Any unused funds as 6/1/25 will be forfeited. Limit of one card per customer. Pass may only be used to redeem up to $22 of food and beverages on a single day. No credit will be given for a missed redemption. No rollover if daily use is less than $22. Not valid for online catering orders, third-party delivery fees, gift cards, or online orders at select locations. For online orders, card must have a PIN. Use of the pass constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Keep card secure as refunds will not be issued if lost or stolen. Cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Valid for limited time at participating Red Robin U.S. locations only. For inquiries or customer service call (877) 733-6543 or visit redrobin.com/national-burger-month. Issued and managed by Red Robin Distributing Company, LLC.
In fact, folks who just navigated there out of the blue on their own would be looking around going, "WTF is this thing they're talking about???" because there is nothing else on that page about the Burger Pass.

Some programmer or someone screwed up.

I'd like to try one some day, the closest to me is over 1.5hrs and I've never been there.

You would have thought they would have learned their lesson after the Red Lobster “All You Can Eat Shrimp” campaign. I guess Red Robin sort of did by limiting the number of people who could take advantage of it.

They are ok…. After working for a competitor for 9 years and eating in every similar concept….Meh. The one thing I did enjoy at a preview party was the burger salad. It had all the burger on a bed of lettuce, no bun, and garnished with sesame seeds, brilliant! It worked. And it lasted one week.

Article said they got 12 million hits in a matter of seconds.

So, this ought to be predictable, after as many times as this has happened to companies over the years. They said they worked with their IT partners to try to anticipate the amount of traffic, but there just is no way to manage that - it's like a massive DOS attack, but there are actually people on the other end trying to access your product.

Oh well. Live and learn - and companies that don't learn, even up looking silly. Lots of angry people out there - they feel like they were misled or duped or taken advantage of - people who stayed up until midnight to try to hit the 'refresh' button on their browser 100x.

Naw. Even if I was guaranteed to get one, I wouldn’t do it. There are too many reasons for that opinion for me to list, from almost every angle imaginable. Just because it’s a good deal doesn’t make it a worthwhile deal.

I would say, “It’s a great deal except that you have to eat Red Robin burgers.” But there are folks here who like them.
