Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Where To Find The Best Pulled Pork In The South, According To Southern Chefs
Where To Find The Best Pulled Pork In The South, According To Southern Chefs: (how many of these have you been to, and do you agree or disagree with any on this list?)
Well for once, and probably only this time, I actually agree with one of these “Best” articles. The Pik-n-Pig in Carthage NC is worthy of being named a Best Pulled Pork place. Every time I go “home home” we stop there. So good customers drop in from the sky.
Actual photo taken from the Pik-n-Pig of customers dropping by to have lunch from Fort Bragg.
Miss Myra’s is right here in the Bham. I much prefer her brisket over the pork, but it is good. And I would never say Dreamland’s pork is better than many of the other options in the state. I do like Dreamland ribs though, but that’s not the article.
Huskee I'm from the west coast, but I've learned that it depends who I talk to whether I currently live in the south or not... but there is a NC place on that list no?

KitchenAid 7-qt Pro Line stand mixer
A Black & Decker food processor that I can't seem to murder
A couple of immersion blenders, one a "consumer" model & the other a "high end" Italian thing. Yes, the Italian one is a bit better, but only marginally
Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus 8-qt + accessories like egg-bite & egg holders
All-Clad pots & pans, along with some cast iron...everything from 7" Skookie pans to 8.5qt Dutch ovens

Well I’m no help. I’ve only ever been to Dreamland in Mobile…and only had the ribs. But the rest sound like they’d be worth checking out if I’m ever out that direction again.
