I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
My parents were not fans of eating at restaurants, because they weren’t sure about the cleanliness of the kitchen. That part of McDonals is pretty visible.

My college roommate made pizza dough for a Godfather's franchise. It was a night shift. He asked off for his birthday and the manager refused, so he went to work and made pizza dough all night in his birthday suit and sat on all the dough. I'm not endorsing it, just reporting the facts.
LA Pork Butt I never said it made any sense. The general idea is that you just don't know what you are getting in some restaurants so it's better to eat at home!
hoovarmin I think you were confirming my parents attitude about eating in restaurants. If my parents heard this story I am pretty sure they would never have eaten in a restaurant again. Of course, I still take my chances, but once a week at best if you don’t count the Texas Meat Up.
I had a friend who’s wife was know for the terrible way she treated wait staff. We wouldn’t go out to eat with them because I was sure her attitude would get us served some nasty stuff.
