Stopped once again t this roadside Wib shack in Champion Mi on hwy 28. I did take pics of the cookers outside 2 years ago & r ieved a tour. This time I went with a “pile” of brisket as Huskee calls it. Talked with the owner a bit, loves to talk a bit. He told me people ask what kind of style does he Q. He states it is His style. He did quite a bit of traveling bein an aviation mechanic so he picked up l things he liked from various parts of the country. I did get two sides & dang! they were good. Cheesy grits & beans n’ burnt ends, I easily could just have a meal on his beans n’ burnt ends. The best beans I’ve had in my life.
