So while Making a trip to Costco for some brisket we stopped for some Slow-smoked BBQ,..
My boy and I split a full rack of spares meal ($26.95) with two sides,Old School slaw and their Union Mac&cheese (Winner of Mlive 2015 Michigans best mac&cheese) also tried their Hand cut home fries.
​Everything was excellent, spares were tender and flavorful,sides are all home made and excellent quality.
The place was busy and a 10 min. wait for a table at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon.
They have a couple Southern Pride smokers using Hickory and a wood fired pizza oven.using apple and cherry woods.
​Would definitely go back to try other meals!
