    Pasta E. Basta, Amherst Mass.

Not handicapped friendly. Downtown Amherst 2nd floor up many stairs. Old structure. If you can make the climb you will be rewarded. Great selection as you can see via the menu. My favorite is the Lobster Alla Marre. Lobster stuffed ravioli in a cream sauce served with shrimp and scallions.

Pasta E Basta is a family owned and operated italian restaurant serving generous portions of pasta with traditional homemade sauces using simple, fresh ingredients.

My daughter goes to school there. Will have to check it out. Thanks!

Old Glory don't know what their situation is so I'd call to see protocols. So you know Amherst assuming your daughter goes to one of the 5 collages. You must know Antonio's. Their flagship pizzeria around the corner. My SIL is owner with others; McMurphys and Stackers. Each a couple of doors away from Antonios. Unfortunately, since the pamdemic, neither open. McMurphys will most likely never open. It's a bar in a very contained space. Stackers serves bar food and has a patio. He's hoping after the vaccine is available they'll be able to open. Maybe spring 2021.

This was her first year there. We did not get to checkout trhe area for obvious reasons. We did eat at Bistro 63 for lunch because they had outside dining. It was pretty good. Will check out those other places you mentioned when things open up again.

Don't pass up on Antonios. I'm sure your daughter has heard of it. And if Stackers ever opens and my SIL is there (Brian), can't miss him 6ft plus and loud. Tell him to give you a beer or 2 on me. In fact, let me know if you are ever in the area. I'll buy that beer in person.
