Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
We did a trip to the Butterfly Conservatory in Deerfield Ma with my sons family. Great attraction. If ever in the area worth a visit. Especially with kids. Nancy and I, 3rd visit.

I had the Wiggly Piggly. Thin sliced Pastrami, Swiss Cheese, Dijon mustard on grilled rye bread. I am going to try to replicate this. Everyone enjoyed. Service was fantastic. And price was reasonable.
