    Port Allen-Cou-Yon's Cajun BBQ

If you're ever in Baton Rouge, hop on the I-10 bridge over the Mississippi river to Port Allen. Less than 5 minutes off the interstate, you'll find this increasingly popular bbq spot. Great service, a huge variety of food from pulled pork stuffed potatoes, brisket tacos, seafood, and all the traditional bbq offerings. They strictly use Pecan wood, and their fatty brisket is the best around the Baton Rouge area. My wife said they have the best pulled pork she's ever had. Yeah, thanks a lot dear...

    Nice comment from the wife.

Not many people are going to be able to pronounce Cou-Yon

    Kinda like chaudin and boudin

Yep, my last name is Hebert, so you can imagine how that gets butchered.
