I just ran across this article in my Texas Monthly feed. The BBQ Editor himself, Daniel Vaughn, visited some BBQ places recently in Louisiana. He was looking for the best Texas style BBQ served from our neighbors to the East. One of our long time Pit Members, PaulstheRibList , even gets a brief mention! Hats off to Paul for the mention and being deemed worthy of a second visit. I wonder how many of the others have had all the issues with hurricanes and storm, and can bounce back like he has.
