I have had BBQ across the country and no place serves what Big Al does at Killmans. His shoulder is the absolute best there is. It's very thinned sliced shoulder cooked over charcoal, simple and delicious. He has his own recipe for his sauce that he will not give out. If your in Burkesville swing in there and get some BBQ, I recommend the shoulder plate or the shoulder sandwich. He's located in front of the high school, only open on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
